Pre-war Griffin & Howe .416, 26″ Poldi Anti-Corro barrel, perfect bore, integral quarter rib with fine hand-stippled finish features one standing and three folding gold lined express sights.  Stippled ramp front sight.  Chambered for arguably the finest big game cartridge ever developed, the venerable Rigby .416 Magnum.  The bore is perfect and shot very little as evidenced by the virtually unmarked boltface.  Expressly designed for the .416 Rigby cartridge, this is the correct  No. 20 Oberndorf, not an imposter, the “Original Mag Mauser”, incorporating a 4-shot belly magazine.  Stocked in the traditional straight grain French walnut with kidney cheekpiece and buffalo horn forend tip, measures 13-1/2″ over a 3/4″ pad.  Fitted with a Griffin & Howe sidemount  base and Nikon Monarch 1 x 4 scope.  Weighs 10 lbs, 12 oz., with scope.
